New Downtown Condos Secure Air Rights

A local developer is moving forward with the first new-construction condos in Detroit’s central business district. The Griswold will eventually include 80 units at the corner of Griswold and Michigan Avenue… next to the Book Cadillac Hotel. The project is also the first residential property to secure “air rights” in the downtown area. WDET’S Celeste Headlee spoke to David Di Rita and Stacy Fox, partners in the Roxbury Group.
